While it may not look like much, we were so happy with our totally unexpected progress. My uncle and aunt came over early Saturday so that my uncle and Scott could pick up the swingset together as we needed a van/truck due to the six boxes of pieces and parts. My uncle loves a good project and also loves the little lady so he was ready to rock and roll when they came home from the store. My cousin soon joined in as well...what can I say, they are handy men! We are so grateful for all of their hard work on a hot Saturday afternoon. The rain held off and I think our neighbors are still speaking to us so things went well.
Of course, this is only about 1/3 of the entire structure (not kidding) so perhaps the neighbors may feel differently in the near future. We'll keep you posted as we make progress.
Can't wait for Bugs to test it out!
